What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our minimum order quantity is 100 pieces per design.
Each piece is custom-designed and produced specifically for your project. Starting at 100 pieces allows us to balance quality and cost properly — ensuring the end result is truly worth it!
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on your design, complexity, and quantity.
As a rough guide, most standard orders range from RM15–RM21 per piece.
Final pricing, including design and delivery, is tailored to each project. Share your details with us and we’ll prepare a personalised estimate for you!
How long does it take to make & receive my order?
Production typically takes around 1 month.
To allow for planning, design, production, and delivery, we recommend reaching out around 2 months before your ideal delivery date.
Need it sooner? Let us know — we’ll review timelines on a case-by-case basis.
Do you provide design services?
Yes, we do! Design support is available depending on your project needs, with fees typically ranging from RM250 to RM1,000 based on complexity.
We’ll always discuss and quote this upfront, so everything is clear before we begin.
Where are you based, and do you accept custom international orders?
We're based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. While we primarily serve clients in Malaysia and Singapore, we can accommodate international orders on a case-by-case basis.
